
Malitha Mochochoko is a Solar Technology Instructor at Bethel Business and Community Development Centre (BBCDC) with over three years of experience in renewable energy education, specializing in hands-on training and workforce development for the clean energy sector. She is also the SOLTRAIN Gender Manager at BBCDC, where she leads programs that promote gender equity, inclusion and increased participation of women in energy and technology.
Ms. Mochochoko work focuses on building practical skills, expanding access to solar technology, and strengthening community based renewable energy solutions. In recognition of her leadership and impact she was named a top five nominee for Women in Energy and Technology at national level. Malitha is passionate about sustainability, innovation and empowering the next generation of leaders in clean energy through education and advocacy.
