TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Any fee payable to SACREEE for participation at the 2026 SADC Sustainable Energy Week or official side events, will not be refundable, due to an Act of God, severe weather conditions, global health concerns, event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers.

Exhibitors are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Exhibition opportunities are open to organizations and entities domiciled in Zimbabwe, the SADC region and internationally, that want to contribute to sustainable energy initiatives in Zimbabwe and the SADC region.
All payments must be made within 30 days of invoice issuance.
SACREEE reserves the right to alter the programme and exhibition layout without notice including the substitution, alternation or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the dates of the event.
The event organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by exhibitor or their representatives during the event, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the negligence of the organizers.
Complimentary passes cannot be used by any person, other than the person registered to exhibit will be allowed to access reception dinner, networking cocktail, and cultural dinner.
The exhibitor grants the Organizers the right to use the exhibitor’s logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property for the purposes of promoting the event and fulfilling the Exhibitor’s obligations.
Cancellation policy: Exhibitors may cancel their exhibition in writing. Refunds will only be made after the conference. Refunds will be issued based on the date of cancellation:
50% refunded only if written notice is received 21 days before the event
25% refunded if written notice is received 14 days before the event
Registrants that do not attend the event after the cancellation date will be liable for 100% payment of the invoiced amount.
