        Student Delegates: To qualify for the student registration fee, you need to be a full-time student at a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution. A copy of your valid student identification card must be provided during the registration process.

        Registration Fees

        Registration Fees (All fees are in Namibian Dollars – NAD). 1USD is approximately equal to NAD18.00
        Privacy

        1. Rules & Notes

        1. Student fee: To qualify for the student registration fee, you need to be a full-time student at a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution. A copy of your valid student identification card must be provided during the registration process.
        2. The organisers reserve the right to verify student status and nationality at any time.
        3. Local Delegates Fee: For Zimbabwean Nationals.
        4. SADC Delegates Fee: For all Southern African Development Community (SADC) Member States Nationals.
        5. International Delegates Fee: All nationals that are not from SADC member states.
        6. Conference Dates: 23-27 February 2026, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
        7. No daily rates: Partial attendance does not qualify for a fee reduction — Passes cover the full 5-day event.
        8. Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation to the SADC Sustainable Energy Week.

        2. Cancellations and Refunds

        1. 50% refunded only if written notice is received 21 days before the event.

        2. 25% refunded if written notice is received 14 days before the event.

        3. Registrants that do not attend the event after the cancellation date will be liable for 100% payment of the invoiced amount.

        4. Cancellations must be made in writing to: sadcsew@sacreee.org

        5. Refunds will only be made after the conference.

        3. Registration Process

        1. Once you have completed the registration form you will have the opportunity to make payment.
        2. Payment options will be via credit card or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card, and Max Card.
        3. When you have completed the process, you will receive a confirmation email.

        4. Important Information

        1. Space Availability: Limited spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon payment.

        2. Delegate Substitution: Substitution requests must be submitted in writing by 16 February 2026.
