
Ms. Cecilia Naule is a Namibian renewable energy specialist, entrepreneur, and clean cooking advocate with a strong focus on advancing sustainable energy access for rural and off-grid communities. She is the founder of Rural Power Solutions, a clean energy enterprise developing and deploying solar-based technologies, including solar cookers and solar dryers, to address energy poverty, deforestation, post-harvest losses and improving household livelihoods. Ms. Cecilia holds an honors’ degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, with research focus on thermal energy storage systems and solar cooking. Her work bridges scientific research, innovation, and community-level implementation, with particular emphasis on clean energy solutions that support climate action, livelihoods, and food security. Her work has received recognition through regional innovation and entrepreneurship programmes and she actively contributes to policy and stakeholder dialogues on clean energy transition, just energy access, and sustainable development.
