Mrs. Felister Makumbinde is the Finance Director for the Rural Electrification Fund and currently the Acting Chief Executive Officer. She is a multi-disciplinary professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management, project management, and investment management in the energy sector. She is involved in sourcing funds and modeling strategic partnerships for project implementation. Mrs. Makumbinde has been instrumental in the implementation of renewable energy projects in Zimbabwe, including Solar Mini and Microgrids included, by the Rural Electrification Fund of Zimbabwe
