Joseph Shigwedha serves as a Research Associate at the Namibia Energy Institute, Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency where he focuses on research and development of energy technologies, systems, and concepts. Mr. Shigwedha has a background in electrical Engineering and holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Energy Systems obtained from the Namibia University of Science and Technology.
With over 6 years of experience in the energy industry particularly in the sector of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, his experience ranges from energy auditing, energy research, and renewable energy project appraisals amongst others, serving client such as government ministries, parastatals, and the private sector.
