Hon. Mohlomi Moleko is the current Minister of Natural Resources and also serves as the Acting Minister of Energy in Lesotho. A Chartered Accountant by profession, he spent nearly two decades in auditing and consultancy, holding senior roles in some of the country’s leading firms. He has extensive experience in financial management, corporate compliance, and strategic business development across various sectors in Lesotho and South Africa. After retiring from professional practice in 2018, he ventured into business, with interests in mining, construction, and real estate. His political career began in 2022 and culminated in his appointment to Cabinet later that year. He brings a wealth of technical and leadership experience to government, with a strong commitment to sustainable development and responsible resource management.
