Dr. Ndivhuho Tshikovhi

    Dr. Ndivhuho Tshikovhi has over 13 years of professional experience, including three years at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and ten years in academia across Germany, Belgium, China, and South Africa. He has held roles as lecturer, curriculum developer, research assistant, research fellow, associate researcher, and project manager. He earned his doctorate in Social and Political Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles, with a thesis on public policy in South Africa and Zimbabwe, providing a strong foundation for his interdisciplinary work on sustainable development and international governance.

    Since joining UNIDO in 2022, he has worked on large-scale technical cooperation projects. His expertise spans project proposal development, theory of change, logical frameworks, and results-based management.

    His publications include co-editing The BRICS Imperative: Confronting Climate Challenges and Advancing Sustainable Development (Springer, 2026) and COVID‑19 and Climate Change in BRICS Nations (Routledge, 2023), along with research on sustainable urban–rural growth strategies.
