
Mr. Jarrett brings experience from various roles in the utility (Electricity, Water & Telecommunications) sectors. With over 30 years of experience, he is a recognized expert in renewable energy and utility operations possessing an MSc Strategic Management, MA PG Dip-Built Environment Law and BSc Management.
His project portfolio includes work for the European Union, United Nations, Power Africa, Australia Aid and notably the African Development Bank, the Green Climate Fund and the Adaptation Fund, focusing on renewable energy and green hydrogen project development, accreditation readiness, finance, and capacity building.
Mr. Jarrett has carried out assignments involving advising as Energy Consultant (AfDB), Project Consultant (GIZ), and Embed advisory (Environment and Energy) amongst others. As such, he is continuously exposed to advancements in the energy sector and its processes. His current assignments include the M300 Initiative and broader engagement for regional power development and trading in Southern Africa.
