
Ms. Tuhupa Kavendjii is an Electrical Engineer and energy professional with over 20 years of experience, including more than five years leading utility-scale renewable energy projects in Namibia’s electricity sector. Her work focuses on the development and execution of solar and transmission infrastructure that directly supports Namibia’s energy transition, grid resilience, and security of supply. She has played a key role in engineering oversight, technical procurement, and contract management under EPC/FIDIC frameworks for large generation projects.
Currently completing an MSc in Energy, Economics & Finance, she integrates financial modelling, regulatory economics, and policy analysis into infrastructure decision-making. Her expertise spans project structuring, economic evaluation (NPV/LCOE), and sustainable investment frameworks, positioning her at the intersection of engineering delivery and strategic energy transition planning.
