Dr. Zebediah Chitanha (CMILT) is a Chartered Member and Examiner of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) who holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership (CIML), Delaware, USA; and currently serves as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at CMED (Pvt) Ltd. He also holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and Leadership degree, two business management diplomas, a Class One (1) Journeymen in Automotive Precision Machining (including Engine Fitting), and a certificate in e-Bus Planning and Optimisation from pManifold EV Academy, India.
He was a Guest Speaker at the Inaugural PRAZ Conference of 2021, Victoria Falls where he contributed towards the formulation of the current electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System being used in Zimbabwe’s public procurement sector; and at the 4th Annual PRAZ Symposium in Bulawayo in 2025. He has been part of the Zimbabwe delegation to the United Nations World Forum on Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29) meetings several times. He also participates in local and regional transport policy formulation and review workshops. He also sits on the Board of LEC Biotec (Pvt) Ltd since 2019 where he is responsible for the organisation’s strategy.
