Mr. Johannes holds a position of Executive : Technical Regulation at the Electricity Control Board. He has over 17 years’ experience and expertise in electricity systems design, energy management , project management and electricity sector regulation. He held various strategic and leadership roles within the Namibian Electricity Supply Industry.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town ,a Master of Business Administration (MBA) & Management Development Program (MDP) from the University of Stellenbosch and Executive Development Program (EDP) from Wits Business School. He is a registered professional Electrical Engineer with the Engineering Council of Namibia, a Certified Energy Auditor, and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
