Ms. Constance Pepukai is the Team Leader for Nature, Climate, and Energy at UNDP Zimbabwe, where she guides a portfolio focused on advancing national priorities in climate resilience, sustainable natural resource management, and energy transition. She works closely with government partners, development agencies, and the UN system, helping shape programmes that support Zimbabwe’s long term development ambitions.
Before joining UNDP Zimbabwe, Constance served as the Assistant FAO Representative responsible for programmes at FAO Zimbabwe, where she led the design, coordination, and delivery of the organization’s country programme.
With more than 20 years of experience, Constance has built a career that spans agriculture, food security and climate action.
