Mr. Kurai Matsheza is the Chairman of the Intensive Energy User Group (IEUG) and a Zimbabwean industrial leader. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Manica Boards & Doors (Pvt) Ltd and has previously served as National President of the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI). Matsheza holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBL from the University of South Africa, and is known for his advocacy on power, industrial competitiveness, and policy engagement.
