Ms. Stuti Dubey is the Executive Director of the D-REC Organisation, a non-profit foundation that facilitates small-scale Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) projects in the Global South through participation in the I-REC economy. In this role, she leads the organization’s mission to promote a clean, just, and equitable energy transition through D-RECs, which serve as a high-impact verification label for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) issued as I-REC(e) under the I-TRACK Standard. Academically, Dubey holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris with specializations in Energy Transition and Climate & Business.
