Ms. Keleadile Ruda is an energy engineer with 6 years of specialized experience in solar PV project development. With a professional background in both the technical and managerial aspects of off-grid and grid-tied solar solutions, Keleadile Ruda’s expertise spans from initial feasibility studies to successful completion, navigating regulatory and financial challenges, and leveraging on stakeholder engagement and management.
Keleadile is a Co-Founder of Women in Energy Botswana, a trust dedicated to fostering gender inclusivity in the sustainable energy development value chain and is passionate about mentoring and inspiring young girls and women on career and personal development.
Keleadile acquired her Beng Energy Engineering from the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST) and holds various certifications including PRINCE2 Project Management, SOLTRAIN- Solar Water Heaters, Pumped Solar Thermal Systems as well as certificates in Business Leadership and Customer Service Excellence and Effective Communication. She is also a fellow of the Africa fellowship for Young Energy Leaders.
