Dr. Arundhita Bhanjdeo is a Senior Research Specialist in the Energy program at WRI India, where she focuses on the intersection of energy, rural livelihoods, and sustainable development. She holds a PhD from Charles Sturt University, where her research aimed to positively impact the lives of women. Prior to her doctoral studies, Arundhita worked as a Research Analyst from 2013 to 2016 at the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR). She has also served as a research consultant for institutions such as IFPRI and Charities Aid Foundation (India).
