Mr. Martin Lugmayr, Industrial Development Expert, Sustainable and Just Energy Transitions Unit, United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO). Mr. Lugmayr spearheads the Global Network of Regional Sustainable Energy Centers (GN-SEC) program and manages a global portfolio of sustainable energy projects in least developed countries (LDCs) and small island developing states (SIDS). Before joining UNIDO in 2010, he was responsible for the energy program at the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and worked on international energy and development issues at the Austrian Federal Ministry of European and International Affairs. Before he was an expert and lecturer on European integration and media consultant. Mr. Lugmayr holds an MSc in Renewable Energy Technologies from Vienna University of Technology and an MA in Political Science from the University of Innsbruck.
