Mr. Francois Robinson serves as the Interim Executive Director of the Regional Energy Regulators Association of Southern Africa (RERA). Mr. Robinson brings over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on electricity regulation. Prior to his appointment at RERA, he held a significant role at the Electricity Control Board (ECB) in Namibia, where he was involved in providing background information on renewable energy regulations in the country.
