Babucarr Bittaye is currently serving as an Associate Programme Officer for Energy Access and Cross Sectoral issues at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA)1. His career has seen a significant transition from his previous role as the Principal Energy Officer at the Department of Energy, Ministry of Petroleum and Energy in The Gambia.
