KIALA PIERRE, from the Republic of Angola, Electrical Engineer, graduated in 1976 at the Madras Polytechnic Institute, India.
Has held the positions of Deputy Director of Cambambe Hydro power and Director of Mabubas Hydro power, Director of Electricity Training Centre of the Ministry of Energy and Water, Head of Safety and Environment Section of ENE (National Power Utility) actually Director of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Energy and Water.
In the regional institutions, he was member of the Steering Committee of the Kafue Gorge Regional Training Centre , member of the Environment Sub-Committee of SAPP, member of Executive Committee of Central Africa Power Pool and actually member of the SACREEE and CACREEE Executive Committees. He speaks the following languages:Portuguese,English, French, Kikongo, Lingala.
