Mr. Hary Andriantavy

    Native to Madagascar and with a large international network in the field of access to electricity, renewable energies, and energy efficiency, Mr. Andriantavy knows how the major strategic issues of African countries and international dynamics in the energy field for sustainable development. Indeed, during his 28-year career, including 7 in a pan-African organization and 7 others in a public institution, he has worked tirelessly for rural electrification including off-grid and centralized electrification.

    Mr. Hary ANDRIANTAVY is the former executive secretary for ADER Madagascar – Rural electrification agency. He has served as consultant to the project funded by the World Bank (IGP – Intergreted Growth Pole). Since November 2015, he’s the executive secretary of African Association for Rural Electrification / CLUB-ER, a networking in energy access.

    Among his qualifications, Mr. ANDRIANTAVY holds a bachelor in international development from the IFAID Aquitaine (France) and Diploma in electrotechnics & power electronics from the University of Montpellier-Nimes (France)”
