Ms. Matshidiso Glorious Moile have been deeply committed to advancing solar thermal technologies and my work has involved the following with major focus on the first project: Development of Laboratory Management System for Solar Thermal Testing Facility(STTF) (management and technical documentation) for ISO/IEC 17025: SYSTEM and submitting for accreditation at SADCAS; Turning Solar Thermal Testing Facility Into a Solar Living Lab; Optimization of the Membrane Distillation System using Solar Energy in Collaboration with Nano Materials Division.
Ms Moile has also previously served as a Mechanical Services Engineer at the Ministry of Infrastructure and housing Development for 12 years working extensively in large scale and small-scale projects, implementing Public infrastructure projects. Ms Moile holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering -University of Newcastle (Australia) and a Certified Practicing Professional Mechanical Engineer (ERB). Ms Moile is the founding Chairperson of Botswana Women in Construction Organization, a non-profit making organization registered under society act which its mandate is to advocate for all-inclusive active participation of women in the construction sector.
