Mr. Johan van den Berg represents the Global Energy Transformation Programme (GET.pro). He is the outgoing Head of Secretariat of the Africa EU Energy Partnership in Bonn, Germany, working with development and financing partners for African energy transition. Previously he was CEO of the South African Wind Energy Association and Chair of the South African Renewable Energy Council. An advocate and internationally accredited mediator, he has spent more than twenty years in energy and climate protection work.
